Red Sea Reefer MAX 200 G3 Aquarium Package

The Red Sea REEFER MAX 200 G3 combines a 60 cm-long aquarium with a deeper front-to-back footprint than the MAX 170. The package brings the display, cabinet and sump together with Red Sea lighting, pumping, skimming, mechanical filtration and top-off equipment.

This is the MAX G3 package with ReefATO+, not the newer MAX G3+ bundle. An EMA Livestock Voucher valued at NZ$635 is included.

Why choose the MAX 200?

The 57.5 cm display width gives more room to arrange rockwork front to back while retaining a short aquarium length. Plan an open aquascape with clear access to the viewing panels and avoid using the full footprint for rock.

Volumes are nominal; the amount of water used in the finished aquarium depends on rock, sand and operating levels.

Before adding livestock

Budget separately for a heater, water preparation and testing, as well as salt, rock, sand and livestock. Dosing equipment is not listed as part of this bundle. Assemble and test the equipment, then establish the biological cycle before stocking.

Ordering and installation

Allow space for cabinet doors, collection-cup removal and electrical connections. Confirm delivery access, availability, freight, voucher redemption conditions and New Zealand warranty and registration terms with EasternMarine Aquariums.

We take livestock seriously. That's why we don't sell anything we wouldn't be comfortable putting in our own tank.

As we are direct from source, we import and sell direct to the public. This means you can buy with confidence knowing EMA prides itself on excellent handling and conditioning protocols.

Fish

All our fish held in a quarantine system for a minimum of 3 weeks. During this time, regular water changes are performed, and twice daily (or sometimes more) feedings are performed.

Copper is dosed and checked twice a day for ich and velvet.

During this treatment fish are given formalin baths for brooklynella and a minimum of 3 praziquantel doses is performed for flukes.

Coral

Our coral is quarantined for a minimum of 3 weeks, just like fish. During this time, regular water changes are performed, water testing done, and once a month a Fauna Marin ICP Total is performed.

Corals are inspected for pests/general health and are provided with a pest dip once a week for at least 3 weeks.

If we see signs of pests, the quarantine period is extended and/or additional dips are performed

If coral is bleached/unhealthy, it will remain in quarantine until healthy enough to sell.
