Receiving your order
Checkout shows the delivery options and cost for your address. For a large aquarium or an item on backorder, confirm delivery arrangements before booking installation.
Livestock delivery: same-day airfreight is airport-to-airport, so collection needs to be arranged before dispatch. Read the shipping information and Arrive Alive terms, including the collection and claim requirements.
Choosing between options
- Fit: check dimensions, capacity and compatibility.
- What’s included: check any mounts, connections, controllers or accessories you need.
- Ongoing use: consider consumables, food and maintenance.
- Delivery: compare the total delivered cost and any arrangements required.
For a comparison, include both product names and your aquarium details in your question.
