Care Information:
This Acropora performs best in high lighting conditions around 300–450 PAR to maintain its bold purple and green pigmentation. Strong, alternating flow will help support proper skeletal development and keep the surface free from detritus. Placement in the upper rockwork is ideal, giving the coral space to grow outward and upward as it establishes. While primarily photosynthetic, it can benefit from occasional feeding with fine-particle coral foods to encourage enhanced growth and colour. Stable water chemistry is essential, with alkalinity around 8–9 dKH, calcium between 420–450 ppm, magnesium at 1300–1400 ppm, and both nitrate and phosphate kept low and consistent.
