Description

Specialty tools to make your sump ReefMat-ready in minutes
  • Specially manufactured tools for use with Red Sea REEFER sumps
  • Suitable for use in saltwater
  • Extremely thin and flexible blades to get into tight joints
  • Scraper included to remove excess silicone for clean finish
  • Modify your sump in just 15 minutes -- no draining or moving required
Although the new Gen5 Red Sea REEFERS come with ReefMat-ready sumps, older generations may require some modification to get your new ReefMat 500 or 1200 Fleece Roller to fit.

Removing the glass and plastic components from the Red Sea Reefer sump to accomodate your ReefMat Filter Roller will require cutting through a layer of silicone that is less than 0.2mm thick. A regular utility knife is too thick to handle this job, which is why Red Sea has provided a set of specially manufactured blades that are both thin and flexible enough to get the job done correctly.

The modification process will take an estimated 15 minutes and can be done without draining the sump or removing it from the cabinet.

What's Included?

1x Utility blade handle with snap-off blades

2x 0.1mm Blades

2x 0.15mm Blades

1x Blade storage case

1x Small glass scraper

Our Quarantine Procedures

We take livestock seriously. That's why we don't sell anything we wouldn't be comfortable putting in our own tank.

As we are direct from source, we import and sell direct to the public. This means you can buy with confidence knowing EMA prides itself on excellent handling and conditioning protocols.

Fish

All our fish held in a quarantine system for a minimum of 3 weeks. During this time, regular water changes are performed, and twice daily (or sometimes more) feedings are performed.

Copper is dosed and checked twice a day for ich and velvet.

During this treatment fish are given formalin baths for brooklynella and a minimum of 3 praziquantel doses is performed for flukes.

Coral

Our coral is quarantined for a minimum of 3 weeks, just like fish. During this time, regular water changes are performed, water testing done, and once a month a Fauna Marin ICP Total is performed.

Corals are inspected for pests/general health and are provided with a pest dip once a week for at least 3 weeks.

If we see signs of pests, the quarantine period is extended and/or additional dips are performed

If coral is bleached/unhealthy, it will remain in quarantine until healthy enough to sell.

Payment & Security

We offer a number of different payment methods, including Credit Card, Afterpay, Q Card, Pay at Collection, Bank Transfer and POLi.

Credit card payments are processed securely using the highest possible security protocols.
