Red Sea REEFER 300 G3+ Aquarium System

The Red Sea REEFER 300 G3+ gives reefkeepers a step up from the compact 200 while retaining the flexibility to choose their own lighting and filtration equipment. It is a sump-based marine aquarium supplied with its cabinet, plumbing, ReefControl Lite and automatic top-off.

This listing is the G3+ base aquarium system, not a MAX bundle. The G3+ has a eurobraced glass perimeter rather than the rimless construction associated with some earlier REEFER models.

Build around the reef you want to keep

Use the display to plan distinct coral groups with room for growth and glass cleaning. The in-cabinet sump gives equipment a dedicated working space, and the ReefGate valve allows precise adjustment of the main drain.

ReefControl Lite and the supplied ATO module provide automatic evaporation replacement and temperature monitoring. Lite supports up to two ReefSense probes or sensors and one 12 V DC device. Extra probes and ReefControl Power are optional purchases.

What is supplied?

Glass aquarium, selected cabinet, sump, factory plumbing with ReefGate drain valve, and ReefControl Lite with the ATO module.

What is not included?

This base package does not include lighting or mounts, a return pump, circulation pumps, skimmer, heater or ReefMat roller filter. Dosing equipment, additional monitoring probes, salt, rock, sand and livestock are separate. Select a return pump for the installed lift and plumbing, not maximum advertised flow alone.

Planning and ordering

Request the current REEFER 300 G3+ technical drawing and confirmed water volumes before setting out cabinetry or delivery access. Earlier G2 or G3 specifications should not be used as a substitute. We take livestock seriously. That's why we don't sell anything we wouldn't be comfortable putting in our own tank.

As we are direct from source, we import and sell direct to the public. This means you can buy with confidence knowing EMA prides itself on excellent handling and conditioning protocols.

Fish

All our fish held in a quarantine system for a minimum of 3 weeks. During this time, regular water changes are performed, and twice daily (or sometimes more) feedings are performed.

Copper is dosed and checked twice a day for ich and velvet.

During this treatment fish are given formalin baths for brooklynella and a minimum of 3 praziquantel doses is performed for flukes.

Coral

Our coral is quarantined for a minimum of 3 weeks, just like fish. During this time, regular water changes are performed, water testing done, and once a month a Fauna Marin ICP Total is performed.

Corals are inspected for pests/general health and are provided with a pest dip once a week for at least 3 weeks.

If we see signs of pests, the quarantine period is extended and/or additional dips are performed

If coral is bleached/unhealthy, it will remain in quarantine until healthy enough to sell.
