Red Sea Reefer MAX 625 G3 Aquarium Package

The Red Sea REEFER MAX 625 G3 is a 150 cm-long reef aquarium package with extra front-to-back and vertical space compared with the MAX 525. It pairs a nominal 620 L system with the main Red Sea lighting, flow, filtration and top-off equipment categories.

This listing is MAX G3 with ReefATO+, not the newer MAX G3+ package. An EMA Livestock Voucher valued at NZ$1,213 is included.

More space for a layered aquascape

The 65 cm display width provides scope for staggered coral placement and open channels through the rockwork. Plan circulation and lighting for the mature reef, not only for small frags at setup. The eurobraced display and in-cabinet sump form the structural and filtration foundation.

Water volumes are nominal. Use the actual water added during setup when calculating treatment or dosing quantities.

What is supplied?

Additional requirements

Salt, rock, sand and livestock are separate. Budget for a heater, water preparation, testing and any dosing equipment, plus the time needed for assembly and biological cycling.

Before ordering

We take livestock seriously. That's why we don't sell anything we wouldn't be comfortable putting in our own tank.

Fish

All our fish held in a quarantine system for a minimum of 3 weeks. During this time, regular water changes are performed, and twice daily (or sometimes more) feedings are performed.

Copper is dosed and checked twice a day for ich and velvet.

During this treatment fish are given formalin baths for brooklynella and a minimum of 3 praziquantel doses is performed for flukes.

Coral

Our coral is quarantined for a minimum of 3 weeks, just like fish. During this time, regular water changes are performed, water testing done, and once a month a Fauna Marin ICP Total is performed.

Corals are inspected for pests/general health and are provided with a pest dip once a week for at least 3 weeks.

If we see signs of pests, the quarantine period is extended and/or additional dips are performed

If coral is bleached/unhealthy, it will remain in quarantine until healthy enough to sell.
