Red Sea Reefer MAX 750 G3 Aquarium Package

The Red Sea REEFER MAX 750 G3 is a 180 cm-long reef aquarium package with a nominal 750 L total system volume. It is intended for a substantial display, pairing the aquarium, cabinet and sump with Red Sea's principal equipment categories.

This is the MAX G3 package with ReefATO+, not MAX G3+. It includes an EMA Livestock Voucher valued at NZ$1,573.

Plan for the full length of the reef

The long display allows distinct coral areas and open swimming space, but needs a considered flow and lighting layout. Avoid creating inaccessible rockwork at the back or ends. Include water preparation and equipment servicing in the installation plan rather than treating them as an afterthought.

What else should you budget for?

A heater, saltwater preparation, testing and any dosing equipment, plus salt, rock, sand and livestock. Ongoing consumables and maintenance need to be considered alongside the initial purchase. The system still requires assembly, equipment adjustment and cycling before stocking.

Installation and delivery

Confirm floor suitability and the complete delivery route before purchase, including doorway widths and turns. Leave room for cabinet access and equipment removal. Fish

All our fish held in a quarantine system for a minimum of 3 weeks. During this time, regular water changes are performed, and twice daily (or sometimes more) feedings are performed.

Copper is dosed and checked twice a day for ich and velvet.

During this treatment fish are given formalin baths for brooklynella and a minimum of 3 praziquantel doses is performed for flukes.

Coral

Our coral is quarantined for a minimum of 3 weeks, just like fish. During this time, regular water changes are performed, water testing done, and once a month a Fauna Marin ICP Total is performed.

Corals are inspected for pests/general health and are provided with a pest dip once a week for at least 3 weeks.

If we see signs of pests, the quarantine period is extended and/or additional dips are performed

If coral is bleached/unhealthy, it will remain in quarantine until healthy enough to sell.
