Pick Up / Order Collections
For customers able to, we offer a collection service from our Auckland Store, located at 21/114 Wiri Station Road, Wiri, Auckland.
If you would like to pick your order up,please select the Pick Up option at the checkout and select your preferred collection date.
Overnight Livestock Courier Service
We offer a overnight livestock courier service with New Zealand Couriers for coral orders only.
Livestock is shipped in separate bags (some snails are bulk packed as per industry standard), with medical grade oxygen injected into each bag, an agent that reduces stress and ammonia toxicity added to fish bags, and a heat pack (or two) added to each polybox to ensure a optimum temperature is maintained while your new addition is in transit to you. We review the actual weather conditions in the destination of all orders to optimize the packing specific to your area
Current overnight delivery charges will be presented to you at checkout.
All livestock includes tracking with New Zealand Couriers. Your tracking information will be automatically emailed to you approximately around 4-6pm on the day of shipping. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please email us on [email protected] and we will send you your tracking information.
It’s important you track your parcel to ensure its delivered to you quickly. We also recommend you call your local NZ Couriers Depot to ensure the depot delivers your parcel promptly. When you call please quote your tracking or ‘consignment number’.
You can also request your parcel be sent to your local NZ Couriers Depot for direct collection – this is recommend by us as it normally allows the parcel to be picked up early in the morning. If you would like this please let us know in the order notes, and let us know which NZ Couriers depot you would like to collect from. You can see a list of NZ Courier Depots here.
We ship livestock between Tuesday – Thursday. If you need a specific arrival date, please email us once your order is placed.
Livestock Courier Services within Auckland
Due to stress transit places on the fish, we do not ship any fish orders out within Auckland. All Auckland fish orders must be collected from our Auckland Store.
We do however continue to ship coral via overnight courier within Auckland.
