Description
The Red Sea REEFER DC 600 is an in-sump protein skimmer with adjustable pump speed and sensor-assisted foam control. It connects to ReefBeat through a ReefRun Dual DC Pump Controller, which is required and sold separately.
Aquarium sizing
- SPS reef: up to 600 L.
- Mixed reef: up to 1,200 L.
- Fish-only system: up to 1,800 L.

Installation and maintenance
The complete skimmer includes the pump, collection cup and sensor system. Allow space for the selected pump orientation and extra height to remove the cup. Keep the neck, air intake and sensors clean; the sensors assist operation but do not replace regular inspection.
